Honeywell has made several advancements to the SMS Power Supply based on observations from the field. The design and manufacturing techniques have been altered to increase the ability to withstand dust build up across the High Voltage circuit. These modifications make the unit more robust against adverse environmental conditions which can lead to failure.

The Foxboro® brand E69P Valve Positioner, mounted directly on a pneumatic valve yoke, converts a standard direct current input signal to a proportional valve stem position. It eliminates the need for a separate converter plus a separate positioner. As symbolized by the “CE” Logo marking on the product, these valve positioners conform to the applicable European Union directives.

The PS3500-PM-1.24.15 power supply module works with the PS2500/PS3500 series backplanes. The power supply is well suited for emergency shut down systems, fieldbus / HART networks, as well as any general-purpose process applications. Each 24 V, 15 A module plugs directly into a 3- or 6-position backplane allowing a maximum capacity of 45 A or 90 A of uninterrupted power. The output voltage is adjustable from 22.5 V to 30 V DC via potentiometers on the backplane.
