Each 2300 monitor can accept up to two dynamic inputs. Depending on the system hardware and configuration selection, each dynamic channel can perform the following measurements or functions: l Acceleration l Velocity It has one dedicated Speed channel that accept input from either Proximity probes, Proximity Switch, or Magnetic Pickup type speed sensors.  These measurements and their corresponding levels are used to drive alarms orrelay logic. The 2300 monitoris designed to meet the recommended requirements forthe monitoring of a range of rotating machinery such as: l Generators l Motors l Fans The monitoris configured using Bently Nevada Monitor Configuration* application. The SPA interface on the 2300/25 is configured using System 1* Classic application. The monitoring system consists of:  A 2300 monitor with network connection l Bently Nevada Monitor Configuration application l System 1 Evolution or System 1 Classic application l Sensors and interface as needed to accommodate the system

This connection is available for channel 1 and channel 2. This interface consists of two signal connections which are A/+ (positive) and B/– (negative). This connection type is designed to function with 2-Wire ICP type transducers such as AM3100T2-Z2 or custom transducer. To function with these transducers, a special biasing circuit is provided through the A/+ and B/- connections. Othertransducers may also function if the following constraints are met: l Bias is -12VDC l Have a typical current of 3.3 mA ± 5% l Output signalrange is within 0VDC to -24VDC l Typical frequency range from 0Hz to 20KHz
